22" klein Rascal in 1996 TeamUSA paint frame only.
The Rascal is a 1992/1993 model and originally repainted by Klein in the 1996 teamUSA colours (decals are debossed).
Frame has a few small scratches, biggest one is on the toptube from the bar.
Judy crown (not complete froks) is 1" ahead, uncut with only very little storage wear.
