Wanted KLEIN MC2 aluminium collet and top cap for stem / handlebar

[Wanted!!!] ...KLEIN MC2 aluminium collet and top cap for MTB Attitude & Adroit - not the smaller (diameter) version for their road bikes. I know John Rock from the UK sells the top caps. Desperately need a collett, too. Dont want my metal guy to produce one individual single piece. Cheers!
