Its the backend that's intriguing me. It doesn't look like the original but then where did he get a non-standard rear end that would fit?

That's a Klein Karma backend. Karma was a cruiser fs frame with some kind of a elastomer shock. POS according to what I've heard.

Are, right. Guess they is a big clue with 'Karma' written on the rearstay! Can't say I'd ever previously heard of the Klein Karma though.

That looks terrible. I like the blue Maguras on it. It must have had some bad damage to have too replace the rear end. Why not replace with the correct rear. it would look so much better
