A few more bits to put on. Rear derailleur, cassette and crankset, all immaculate. Just waiting on the bb spindle, then i can properly get this together.

My goodness, that looks classy!! I totally love it, and definitely prefer it with XTR full groupset rather than bits here and there. Even if that means changing the seatpost to something silver.

Bottom Bracket Spindle removed and changed for a correct length one for XTR. relatively simple job in the end with the right tools and i have now fitted the crank. I should be able to finish the whole bike in the next few days now.

A few amendments to the initial build plan, but i'm mightily happy now with the end result.

So the details.

1995 Klein Attitude 21" Painted Desert.
The paint has been down by the amazing Dave Wilkins and it is simply perfect in every way.

Full XTR M900 groupset in absolute mint condition with the exception of the front mech which is NOS and the Shifters which are also NOS and M910.
Wheels are XTR M900 hubs on black Campagnolo Stheno rims with an original pair of Ritchey Zmax Magabite tyres.
Syncros seat post with a Flite Titanium saddle.
Full Ringle Silver Holey Skewer Set.
ODI Attack grips.

Now to ride it.
