Well here it is guys, just what you have all been waiting for!
This is a cerise Revolution from 1991, or there abouts. Overall it is in pretty good condition.
If you don't already know, then Kirk is an interesting detour in the UK mountain bike scene. Unfortunately it was short lived, probably because it was the worst bicycle ever made.
Good fun to ride though, everyone over the age of 35 comes and tells you about it, "I can't believe you are riding that! It hasn't snapped yet? It's made of sea water you know. Mr Kirk drove his car over one to show how strong it was..." etc. etc.
The drive side dropout has been repaired, so I took a close up pic. It has been bonded back in place, and drilled and tapped lake the later frames.
I've ridden it a lot and it is holding up well.
Odd bits: M095 brakes and left hand pod rather than DX. Purple chill pills, purple seat bolt. Unable to shift onto little ring. I suspect it needs a wider bottom bracket.
