I've just bought an old KHS Montana Crest off the bay and am looking to find out some more details as I'd like to upgrade it but keep it period. It has a distinctive stars and stripes paint job and mostly Altus A20 kit. I know it's not exactly high-spec but I wanted something to put some wear on whilst saving my Alite for special occasions. If anyone has any info on these or can suggest kit for it I'd appreciate it. I was thinking maybe some dx derailleurs and go from there?
