My most modern in a 2001 KHS ST which is currently only a frame. Next to that the youngest in my stable are a few 1998 Konas (Hei Hei, Hot and Explosif).

Get a Turner! I have a 2004 5-Spot which is superb! Best of new and old ,since design has been running since 1994.Even though its Faux bar rather than 4-bar now! Nitrous for racing,Flux for fast trail,5.5 Spot for general all round use?

If your happy with your bikes and they do what you want, then there's no reason for owning anything modern.
In terms of modern stuff, buy a 575 you won't regret it.
