If it;s the one at the back of the top tube just take it to a radiator shop and have them cut and tweak something to fit.

Nice, I seen it before, but didn't see it last time.
The only detail is:
Mine has the GT decal on the down tube, the Juli's bike on the top.
Mine has the " UCI World Cup" sticker on the end of the top tube, where on Juli's is the "Shimano" sticker.
I don't want to take of the WC sticker.

which one ?

if you want the rocker , it wont be easy , but if you need the other system , a cannondale force 40 will do the trick .

Not the rocker style - I believe that is a later incarnation (stand to be corrected there) - mine is as the original RTS adverts and appears to be either a grey or black (as in the Furtado picture) nylon pulley. (Ad here: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/gallery2/mai ... emId=46079 )

Have considered fabricating a new one - however cannot find a good enough picture of a real one to copy - anyone??

I have some Force 40's - however they don't have the cable fed in from the same side as the braze on on the rear triangle. Do Force 40's come in front and rear pairs??

Mr K, it's been a long day, so you'll have to spell it out to me....

Do you need pics of the nylon roller, with the 2 groves in it? My RTS is in pieces, so i can easily snap a few pics for you.
