JOSH BENDER

Josh Bender was one of the first to start trying big stuff. The main reason he didnt land many is because the bikes he was doing them on were awful for what he was trying to do. Basically he alone was responsible for Marzocchi making the super monster T fork.

He is by no means one of my fave people though. Take a look at some of the things being done VERY smoothly by people like Darren Berecloth, Steve Romaniuk, Cam McCaul and quite a few others. They make bender look pretty average really.

Hey its a young bender,

can somebody identify the bike?

see he is retro

cool vid pip, see what you mean but still cant help admiring the guy

Must be pretty unique , he has the drivetrain on the left

Looks like any number of nondescript £99 wonders ?

lol, you know it really really does look like a £99 bike,

perhaps in the early days he had no sponsership or something, lol

Bit like an Evel Knevel of the MTB world lol

IMO pretty crap....rather watch BMXers hitting up big east coast trails, there's some skill involved in that lol

Thanks for sharing that, RESPECT :D

I agree that there are definitely better riders out there BUT he did get the 'hucking freerider' into the mainstream. I'm guessing that no-one here would ever attempt to do the drops he's done.
