JOSH BENDER

Josh Bender was one of the first to start trying big stuff. The main reason he didnt land many is because the bikes he was doing them on were awful for what he was trying to do. Basically he alone was responsible for Marzocchi making the super monster T fork.
I can condemn the man from that, alone. Crap forks, too much travel. The only person that used them was bender and that crap polish downhiller that everyone over there thinks is amazing. Funny that he's not been signed up to a team yet or been mentioned in anything outside of poland. He's just using the forks to cover up the fact that he can't. Darren Berrecloth though, amazing! he can do huge drops, hucks etc and all the rest and on a short travel bike. Bender is useless.

At least he tries, and along with the others, they make MTB'ing exciting for youngsters and anything that gets them off the couch pushing their own boundaries is good.

I wouldn't use him as an example of great technique but he does have a lot of bottle, I don't even like leaving the ground anymore.

I agree with The Ken, remember Bender was trying the Jaw drop when everyone else was looking at things that you'd find down the trail centre these days.
