Bought this off here few days ago. Can’t believe it wasn’t snapped up sooner ? Ok cost of living etc but the photos never did the bike justice. I was drawn in by the colors as I like my bikes a bit different.

However on collection and once home and wiped down inspected properly it is a proper minter !

New tyres/tubes and longer post as I’m a gangly fella all good

Definitely someone’s Sunday best.

Bargain! I'm very impressed with Joe Waugh bikes too. Dave Yates is a fine frame builder! This is my Joe Waugh R753 in its original Holdsworth Orange -original receipt specified the colour, and built with a full Mavic SSC groupset (incl headset, BB, handlebars, stem, pedals), everything major bar the seatpost.

That is indeed a beauty!! I have never used/experienced mavic vintage components. But they do look the dogs bollox

Thanks- they function really well too- in fact it has the lowest friction retro BB and crank combination I've experienced, plus the friction levers are superior to Campagnolo in regards holding their position (no ghost changes).

That is a lovely frame set and groupset. Yes wee bit rough in places but will clean/touch up beautifully!!
