I ordered some tires from them on friday morning, never heard anything till yesterday(tues) when I recieved an e-mail telling me the courier had picked them up. they were in my hand by 11:50 today!!.Not as fast as CRC , but almost £20.00 CHEAPER than CRC :shock:

Never really had any issues with my local JE James in Rotherham up until recently. They did do a lot for me, especially with my retro bikes and were always happy to fit BB's etc when I just turned up! I have bought bikes and bits from them in the past and they offer a police discount but a little while back I wanted a braided Hope hose shortening and they were not interested saying they had had alot of them fray when doing it. Since then I have used Eighteen Bikes in Hope, alot further to go but they did the brake cable no problem (they are a Hope Tech Centre) and they offer a much more personalised service. It's a shame JE James wont let 18bikes share the Orange Franchise though as I heard they kicked up a fuss when they tried. Maybe Je James can spread some light on this?
