Made a simple order back in the first week of december. Received email stating the item had to be specially ordered so called them to confirm... fair enough. It was still showing in stock on the website at this stage.
Still no delivery after three weeks so called again. Item hadn't been reordered! Had to wait all over again, flip!
Two more weeks pass and still no word on delivery and no email confirming so called again today. Got through to someone who then redirected me straight through to an answering machine, ffs!

Guy who picks up sounds like he couldn't be arsed, said "yeah what do you wanna know?" in a couldn't be arsed kinda way,..nice. Puts me through to another human.
Next one mumbles something about it had been shipped back on the 21st december? Had no idea really and I could hear his brain ticking so passes me on yet again to someone who might know.
Atleast this last one has half a brain working. Says some stuff that made not a lot of sense but was slightly more helpful. Reckons it could be rattling around in some warehouse basically and that there's been a lot of mess up with orders apparently (no shit). Also mentions the previous guy only works on the tills so knows nothing..erm ok lol. Puts the order through to management to sort out.
Still none the wiser tbh but well see what happens next.
Just want it sorted now :x The item now shows out of stock on the website which is just about right!
Are these guys for real? They all sound pretty stoned on the phone..
Maybe I was just unlucky?
I could cancel the whole thing but the only reason they were used was because I can't get the item anywhere else, it's old stock.
There's a misleading soundbite as you wait on the phone, it goes "JE James just keep on getting better" PANTS morelike..
