Ok folks...that's the budget I have set......what have you got ?

I do have a couple of requirements, but other than that I am open to absolutely ANYTHING. If suspension they must be ready to go.

Steerer must be 1 1/8" and 200mm or greater

They must be black or silver/black

Must take Vs

I was selling a set of pace rc38 air force 2 for £90 posted. They have a massive steerer and lockout, and are in fully working order as far as I know. I have not used them myself as I've two sets and no build for them, but I have serviced the damper so it along with the lockout is working fine. I've a sale thread somewhere with pics. If you are interested, I could flex on price.

I've also got some rebas in black, but was looking for a little more and not 100% sure I'll regret getting them go as haven't quite decided on whether to use them on a build.

I might have some black rigid range big fork somewhere as well, plus some orange segmented forks with the v mounts on the rear rather than the front, or some triple butted Raleigh ones that were oe on the titanium torus, but they are well pre 97.

Only thing at that is a pair of 97 answer manitou bulge FS cartridge that need new elastomers. Otherwise near mint, just sat too long not moving. probably 16 years. Theyre stiff thought he elastomers are intact. Still greased in fact and im now wondering if the newness of them means they might free up if used.
I should really strip them down a bit, see whats what :?
205mm 1 1/8 alloy steerer Very smart condition and stanchions are well they havent been used really so are as new condition. Few scratches on the lower legs but minor , crown still in showroom condition.
V only, no provision for cantis or discs.

Jeez.. :facepalm: i could have done with those Manis a couple of months ago. Anyway unfortunately they deffo have to be black for this project...thanks for the offer though.

Popped the tops and the elastomers look in as good a condition as the rest of the fork so i cant see why other than them being too new the elastomers and spring should be soft and the fork bouncy
Must be due to sitting too long so ill withdraw till i can get a manual to strip them completely
Im convinced(at least to myself that just a service and theyll be spot on.

So theyll likely be in my possession for a while. should u be stuck drop me a line
