Weld is neat though! It will look good after you've sent it back! The holes are aesthetically not great and surely strength is compromised?

Holes are not acceptable the proper repair procedure is to chase (grind or file) back the failed area of weld past the ends (this is to ensure a good clean penetration of the parent material) drill ends of split as done then re-weld the joint leaving no holes go back and ask them to fill the holes and clean the frame for which you have paid for.
