Its another "Guess what frame" game!

Retro Guru
Recently rescued this from the weigh bridge but I dont know what make it is. There are no frame numbers on it and no factory decals left either. It sort of reminds me of a Firemountain I had years ago but its feels higher spec than that and I thought Kona forks were straight anyway. You guys know much more than me though so ill leave you to decide.

Clearly someone held it in high regards as it came to me with some XC pro and XT components on its and it still sports it XT headset. Shame they let the tin worm get its teeth in to it.

Looking forward to your verdicts.....

Re:

Definitely not a Kona, those curved seat and chain stay bridges are quite distinctive though. Diamondback?

Re:

Hmm..... DiamondBack...... I think I can see the resemblance....

Side mounted cable guides,
Curvy seat stay brace,
Threaded rear dropouts with no eyelets,
Non tapered fork blades,

Well done that man.
