IT Support Please.

I have finally joined the present and got an ipod. I have now failed at the first hurdle. When I try to install the itunes thing I get a message saying that it is not a valid Win32 application.

What does it mean? I have spent a cold day teaching folks how to set out railways and my brain is nuked so be gentle.

The file you've downloaded and are running is Itunessetup.exe?
You haven't downloaded the Mac or 64bit verison by mistake?

going to give that a try myself on my old trusty ipod mini/micro/thin/whatsit

highly recommended, has a few tools too such as recovery of deleted songs etc.

prop just not downloaded it fully, might have been interrupted when it was downloaded, size should be bout 70-80mb
