Wanted ISO something steel and horizontal

I’m after a frame, 19”-21”, with a horizontal top tube.

Current bike is on the small side and my back doesn’t agree with it, so would appreciate leads on something bigger.

Ideally close to London or with option for postage!

Although I really meant frameset.. and 1” steerer preferred
