Don't recall Ritchey ever doing a pierced top tube frame design or selling a bike with a low end tube set like Tange Infinity which is seamed double butted tubing. The blue stickers on the frame can be found in a number of places cheaply. I think Ritchey's newer designs do have the socket style rear dropouts but I don't think this one's a Ritchey frame.

Covered elsewhere, its not a ritchy but a saracen with ritchy dropouts... they are frequently on the bay. This one looks asthough its aquired a fake ID.
