In 2002 I sold my Cannondale Super V 900 bought in 1997 (I think) before I really knew what I wanted. Modded it totally with longer travel shock and forks, tougher wheels (Biguns & World Force Black Dimond rims), Hope C2 brakes, X-lite Fly stem, and many other choice bits. It slowly evolved with an Azonic shorty and Mvic D321s until I stopped mtb-ing when I got a road bike around 1999. Sold my Cannondale in 2002 and have regretted it ever since. I’ll be 53 in a week and getting back into mob-ing now (whilst I still can) with… another Super V with a similar build to my old one.
