Excellente. Glad all my efforts and time on the new banner is well appreciated

Having a few teeting problems so reverted to the retro one on the forum and gallery.

If people could look at the homepage banner and comment if it works that'd be useful. Comments such as 'it doesn't work' don't help - you need to be pretty specific! At the end of the day i can only test on so many browsers, OSs and devices.

WORK HARDER!!

Still finding the same issues on the homepage John:

White rectangles appearing behind links when hovering over them.

My earlier comments about the text etc obviously still apply as you haven't been focusing on them at the moment.

Other than that...

• All links work fine and relevant pages open.
• Google search bar works fine.
• Everything loads up.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.18 on Mac OS 10.4.11.

If needed I can also test tomorrow on Opera and Safari to checksee?

john, looks cool for me. the new navigation works far better for the front page. less spread, less lost space.
i'm running firefox 3.0.4 on Linux (Kbuntu 8.04) btw.

Its gone back to the old one ,i had the new look earlier this evening with the big buttons and the curvier Retro title
Now its Gone

White rectangles sound odd - unable to replicate FF 2.0.0.18 PC. Do these occur when hovering over the logo or just 'home', 'gallery' etc.? How bad are these boxes?
If you could check other MAC browsers that'd be grand. Heard it's ok on safari. Be useful if you could try on FF3.
Getting things looking good on all browsers is quite hard.

I would align the google search to the right so that every thing isn't squashed to the left.. I would also make the text box for the google search a bit bigger...

Forgot to mention vertically align the google textbox and button and lose the white role over on the retrobike logo (its not common practice to obscure your main logo with a role over.. the other link rollovers are cool though).. For referrence I'm using IE7.
