I dunno, could be a Saracen, but I'm not sure. Why would someone put that spangly paint on a rather dull Tufftrax (as that's all it could be, I reckon.)

These frames have been all over eBay for years. Commonly mistaken for Ritcheys due to the dropouts.

a big shop up north bought a lot of unsold saracen frames and had them repainted . and here they are .

they pop on ebay very often .
