Is it a Dawes really?

Greetings all....
I was recently given this rather sad looking Dawes but I cant figure out what it is?
It might be 60s or 70s and the head tube says Dawes but the frame is brazed/welded?
If anyone has a clue I'd be pleased to hear from you.
Looking forward to finding out more..

Thanks guys... had a look through the catalogues and - Non-fixie it certainly looks like it could be a Flambé!
Now deciding what to do with it! Thanks again

The faux head lugs are intriguing. Since someone had obviously gone to great lengths to jazz up this particular bike, they may not be original.

I think the lugs are original and necessary - head tubes were thin in those days as they were intended to be used with lugs. So even lugless frames had extra rings brazed on.
