Not sure what make frame you have but there is Klein style available from other listers also.

Check to see if you really need it first... I just had an internal cable put in on my frame, and the holes are so small that only the actual cable will fit. It didn't even cross my mind to fit a cable first. if you do need one, then try chopping up an old gear cable outer to get at the liner.

Can't remember why I needed it but I managed to winkle a length out (that reads plain wrong) by screwing an old spoke a little way into the cable outer and pulling. It just slid out.

If you have bare gear cables rubbing against the paint under the BB, a short piece of liner on the cable will protect the paint.
