Cool frame, but most of the parts leave something to be desired.
Can't tell if it was built by Grove or Teesdale. It appears to be the former, probably near the end of the Brave venture (making it a 93 or so).
Doesn't look like any of the models I'm familiar with (which are usually identified by a decal on the top tube) and the head tube is unusually long. Could be custom.
