inner london - riding options?

Train out to Box Hill and ride the North Downs?
I used to ride along the Thames to Richmond Park...pick it up at Barnes.
Or Kent the garden of England.
What ever you do don't move to North London. :evil: It's crap. The parks that allow cyling are to small.
South of the Thames is much better and South West London.

It's good if you train it out northwards also into the Chilterns.
