Info on F Moser 80s road bike

F Moser road bike from around 1980 trying to work out this bike/frame one of my old customers purchased it from a shop in Sheffield as frame and forks (Moser) he put the kit on it but I still struggle to no if it is a Moser as looking round the web most or all have little things that are different so if anyone can help and yes it is for sale

Is there the usual moser panto work on the top of the crown, seat stays and above the rear brake bolt ?
