I'm fed up....

I was out for two hours at 6:30 this morning blasting through the frosty air on my rigid fixie Kona Explosif :roll:

I wish I had a camera with me as it so beautifull; the Silver Birch tree's looked purple with the frost.

My legs and hands have a dull ache which feels great.

Agreed, that time of day is stunning. I did a couple of 5.30am rides last year, and the wildlife you see, the sun rise, the gentle mist.........

I did a 5hr ride last nite so I'm too knackered to do a decent length ride today, so not jealous of anyone else riding

if i can get out of bed, i'll do a 2hr ride before work (6.15am start!) like i did last friday

It takes a lot of motivation, but so worth it when your out there.

But, I'd only do it in the summer
