Aaahhhh, bless the naive new dad.... 5 years later and if I didn't force myself to go out on my lunchtime I'd still not have been back on a bike. Be warned the second one turning up after a couple of years is what really stuffs your free time.

Seriously though congrats, as people have already said enjoy every second of it as it passes very quickly.

My lad is sleeping in his 'big boy bed' for the first time tonight after dismantling his cot, seems like yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital.
