Identifying an odd one

Hi all,

I bow before the oracle of Retroism.

I came across this beauty below and wondering if anyone has any idea who the maker might be.

The decals say renovated by Carrys and old bike shop in Walthamstow - but this certainly wasnt the maker.

Frame number is... wait for it..."1"

Thought there were a couple of copies/alternatives to the original Baines gate.

And Jarvis makes the modern gate.

Thats an amazing find & to have that much information on it as well.
Good luck with the rebuild, if thats what you intend to do & I hope that you manage to find all the correct parts for the bike.
I would like to see it when you have completed the restoration.
