I'm looking for help working out when this was made, and what model it is. This is all I have to hand, but I can get more photographs if you can tell me what I should specifically look at. I tried working it out from the available databases, but didn't get very far. Thanks for any clues given!

Every part from a different groupset! Still looks nice though. 
@juvela Yup, the assessment I've had is that at least the frame pump bosses weren't original to the frame. I've tried looking at the databases I can find and not found an obvious match even using the frame number (though irrespective, thanks for the link - I'll keep digging).
@avalonian It's not my bike, I'm sort of acting as an 'agent' for a friend, but we're working on the assumption £650 is reasonable? It's hard to value something like this I think (I know a bit about bikes, but not much at all about vintage ones), so we're taking offers!
@zerogravitas Yep, it's definitely a bit of a mish-mash. It's been spread out to 130mm on the rear, but it's been done properly and looks well aligned. Minor bit of surface rust here and there but fundamentally it's still in really good shape. I've ridden it (to the degree that I can with clips and straps, which I'm 100% unusued to
and it rides fine!
