ID this old lugged steel frame, junk or worth rescuing?

I could save this from the scrap heap for a few pennies but I'd like to know it's something decent rather than an old BSO. Lug work looks interesting, particularly on the headtube, any ideas? I think it has Acera mechs but almost all of the components are only bin worthy.

EDIT, the scrap people are coming tomorrow, so any suggestions as to whether I should go and save it today would be much appreciated asap.

Brilliant, not even 5 mins and we know what it is!

Could it be titanium? It seemed pretty heavy, but I clearly know nothing about this era of mtb's.

Re:

Magnet on the main tubes is the only way to be sure if it is Ti, even if not still a nice frame may be heavy because of all the lead weights attached to it  :D

I was thinking dynatech myself. Not all were ti, some had steel main tubes as well if memory serves. Worth saving and finding out if it is indeed a dynatech.

Re:

Front mech is Altus A10. Connection between the chainstays behind the bb seems to be broken. Looks like scrap to me.

It's s Raleigh / Dyna Tech, the bridge is meant to be like that.
Probably titanium tubes.

I was just going to say that as my Encounter had a similar set up.I`d say that the frame is plain bonded steel. If its Altus crap on it,more than likely a lower end M-Trax,but still one to be saved....
