How did you get the rim central on single sided hub?

as far as i'm aware it's a no on the 650b front, not tried it myself.
but it's just fine on 26's though! :D

hub is the same as any other hub apart from axle fitment, it tensioned and trued up fine with the new black rim i've just fitted to it!

I have a couple of cones that fit in the hub to hold it central, the rest is easy! :D

ok so today it was a fork stripdown and rebuild, took a few pics to show the procedure, and relatively simple it is too!

here are the parts i ordered from USE, there's over a hundred quids worth in this pic....!! :shock:

stripdown showed worn bushes, so out with the old and in with the new!

next was new spring assembly, a hard, to replace the old one, a soft.
there was also a new fork leg bush and bottom seal to fit....
you can see the dirt and wear, glad it's getting changed!

then it was a case of removing the air cartridge and refitting into the new assembly, and then rebuild, back together and as good as new!
