Let down by Babelfish's translation skills, I now discover that a German ebay seller of an item I've won won't accept payment via Paypal after all.
The cost of the item was fairly low (35 euro) so to do a transfer would result in me paying the same kind of money to the bank to perform the transfer.
At the risk of sounding like a Nigerian Businessman with an offer of the century - would someone with IBAN capabilities be prepared to take a Paypal payment from me and perform the transfer? I'd be happy to pay say 10 euro to make it worth while?
