..and ride it.

Its just too cold, damp and uninspiring. I'm gonna end up a big fat ball of lard come the warm weather.

If there was some nice routes around here it wouldnt be so bad but, I'm too lazy to even take the car out. The kitchens warm and cosy and theres tea on tap.

I am happy to sit in a damp draughty garage and create weird bikes though...

I dont get it?

i know what you mean, sometimes i'd rather fiddle with stuff in the garage rather than ride at this time of year.

today though i have to fiddle with the motorbike before it's MOT tomorrow and then i'm gonna get the vitamin T2 into a rolling chassis, sort of bummer though as it's really sunny hear at the mo. might try and fit a bimble in later.

:)

juust get wrapped up all toasty, select a bike and pedal. it doesnt have to be far or fast. just get out, ride. you'll feel so much better for it

nope, not liking it.

There is a genuine health reason for not going out - the cold air on my asthmatic lungs means they seize up quite dramatically and in a scary way at the end of the ride. I dont enjoy it! Maybe when it gets to about 6 - 7 degrees.

im feeling the exact same thing,, sat here looking at bike web sites instead of going out, last time i went out i was in pain before i got home due to the cold getting into an old broken jaw injury,,

the other problem living where i do is the nearest of road routes are just mass dog poo zones that are simply no fun at all,

in the end its all excuses ...get out and ride lol
