Step three Layer it with brie
Step four Grill til the brie melts
Step five Add glass of vin rouge
Step Six Et Voila, a tasty quick snack!

How's about sprinkled white sugar on toast? That was always my favourite snack when I was at school .... bitd .... sighs resignedly at getting older!!

Do you toast it with the sugar on the bread?,caramelise it so to speak. :?
Cos it sounds really nice and perfectly simplistic
