well I've been proper bamboozeled by something!!!!

For years my cakey cake of choice has been the good old Eccles cake.I never gave much thought to It's poor relation the Chorley cake, with its raisins and currants every three feet!

Oh what a fool I have been! I have found Aunt Sallys Chorley cakes in Co-op. Not only is the fruit content up there with the big boys, but the pastry is fantastic.

Go and buy some.

Tell them that nutter from the interweb sent ya!!
