Sorry to hear about the concern guys.
I only made first contact with the boys who run this last week,
and they were frustrated at the lack of sales and time they could apply to this project. I merely mentioned to them that I may be able to assist via the various forums, I am not part of the scheme at all, it's merely a partnership in it's infancy.
I'm not sure about the absolute source of all the bikes, but I have been told that many are claimed from tips/metal merchants that they deals with. There is no lack of good intent as far as I'm aware.
I'm gonna cap this thread until I have more information on the scheme, I certainly don't be causing a ethical debate, and I definitely don't want it to interfere with any other threads I may have on here.
I don't want to cause any hassle for the lads who are running this scheme, it is kosha and if any of the moderators want to contact me for their details then I'm happy to pass them on, but for now I'm gonna put this on ice until I'm more informed about this operation and the mods are content with the situation.
