..... after selling my Rover on eBay to a first-time buyer as a non-runner.

Despite being unable to get a valid response to my messgaes to collect and opening a dispute, the buyer turns up with her dad and boyfriend, manages to start the car (something that I've been unable to do), pays up in full and drives it away.

Now all it needs is decent weather and the footie to go well and I'm up for a decent weekend!!

 he he......what was wrong with it? did they have healing hands?

No, just more patience! :P Car has a blown head gasket and was sold as a fixer-upper to be towed but they took the chance.

Suddenly down from 6 cars to 3 - woo-hoo!! :P

A Rover with a blown HG?

I'm assuming it was a K series then?

It's great when something unexpectedly good happens.

No, the earlier and usually far stronger T-series. Well, at least he'll be able to put a Klinger in there.

K-series? No, thank you!

BTW, footie went well!! :D :D :D :D
