in full functioning use
Navy blue colour with what I take to be original mud guards
Classic ring-ring bell
Upright riding position.
'The Humber' and made by Raleigh Industries is on the frame.

I have no idea of how old the bicycle is. 306234 H and what looks like NM220 is stamped on frame under saddle.

The rear hub if original will have a date, month and year, my best guess would be mid 1950s.
Can't remember when Raleigh started calling their cheap seam welded heavyweght tubing "2030", about mid 50s, we used to laugh at it then.
I was retailing all Raleigh makes then.
Pedals not original.
