How old is this old Pegeot?

Picked this up at our trainstation last week, was standing there with two flat tires for a couple of time unlocked, so I took it with me before it would have been totally damaged.

I´m sure this is no oldschool highendbike, just wanna know how old it is round about. Look at the old Hurret dereilleur.

Definitely from the 1970's or backwards through 60's. The rear mech is Huret of 60's spec and pretty much else everything else says similar. Need more pics and a close up of the lugs specifically head tube lugs. Aztec style lugs would suggest lower end spec.

French I'm working on a 1979 UE8 at the moment.

Is it the photo angle or do the forks look as though they are bent back? Nice looking bike though.
