How old are these wheels ?

Any ideas please.
Large flange Cyclo hubs with Milremo Giro rims,the tubs are Wolber.Sadly the spokes are very rusty, but i put 80psi into the tubs this morning and there still hard!

I'm just guessing but looks like 50s hubs and maybe the rims are newer?

No idea on the age but the tubs may hold air but if you intend fitting and riding them
please do change the tubs! Folk say go for it and ride on them, what can happen and
at worst take a spare in case one goes flat! Well let me tell you by experience that an
old tub' can fail with drastic consequences as it explodes blowing the tyre to bits and
bringing you down! My Raleigh has old unused tubs on them but hold air, so pumped them
up to 70psi and went for a short ride, I stopped and spotted the side-walls was twisting,
then the tread started to bulge, so let even more air out of them and went home.

New tubs to be fitted to my Raleigh now.

No i did'nt plan on riding on them,infact i have just taken them off and they were pretty brittle and one came apart quite easily !
