unfortunately due to work, its between 6 days a week, and once a week :? a lot of which is a commute

sodding work travel
whats worse is that when I am away I work 13 hr days and drink and eat shit loads with only a powerball for company

I'm a fair weather biker i'm afraid, which in central Scotland is'nt very often  , though in the last six months or so i've been commuting on the bike every other week, work is only an eight mile round trip, my last place of work was only two miles from my house but had nowhere safe to put the bike

My new year resolution was to do more cycling this year though

Ride!

4 or 5 times a week for me chaps. But most of that is commute, about 12 miles round trip. All counts! I do crave big hills with no roads though.

Not anywhere near enough, Cannock made me aware how unfit I have become.
As result I signed up for single Speed UK championships at Drumlanrigg in May and have started trainning, both running and riding.
Will be riding my new Retro bike a Raleigh White Lightning fitted with a white Industries Eno Eccentric hubbed rear wheel.
I intend to complete the course and not collapse knackered in a ditch half way around like I did in SSUK04.
However with the best will in the world a repeat of 2004 is highly possible but at least I'll up the frequency of my riding in the preparation stages.

Keep riding and grinning !

8-10 hours in the off season and 12-14 hours in season. But it would be more if my parents were rich and i was trust fund baby. faqin work!

I will accept turbo trainer rides!! It shows commitment

(on the basis I did some tonight due to parental duties cutting riding time short  )

I ride to and from work 5 days a week (only 4 miles each way) and then a proper ride most weekends.
