Exact weight of the contents is not so important as the size of the box. Use exact measurements as they base cost on volume. Parcels2Go are cheapest in my experience. About £40 for a frame to Europe.

I got a frame posted to Portugal for Vitor for about £28 I think? just wrapped the frame well in bubble wrap - its smaller and lighter that way.

I can't see the frame and forks weighing more then 6.5lbs, so that makes it around 3kg oh - with a bit extra for your box..
