Sounds like the 'Style Man' section in Bicycling magazine in the USA.

I like the sound of this style man. Still maybe I should put more of these in next time -

Anyhow, who said cycling was meant to be enjoyable or even comfortable.

Mine works twith approx 10mm top and bottom allowing for some adjustment in future

Or fitting of aerobars
