How do I fit IS disk brake to this?

I've got a Trek Elite 9.8 2001 frameset, and it's got 22mm spaced holes for an early disk brake. I want to fit some IS Mono Minis but I'll need an adapter. Does any one know what I'll need??

There were some disc mounts for this on ebay germany not long ago,they were only made of pressed steel but you could paint it easy and they were cheap.

note: that your choice of caliper to fit in the space is quite limited.
