Response from Marin regarding the year of manufacture.

Thanks for your message, looks like this model is in great shape for its age.
According my colleague who was around when this bike was built, this is vintage 1991.
Unfortunately we do not have touch-up paint. He advises going to a specialist paint retailer, they will likely a close match.
