Hope Ti-Glide disc advice.

Er... theres two types of spider

Only one will fit

Don't you just love old stuff

Indeed, there are 2 types. I think I have one of the other (bulb) type hanging around somewhere. The notches are different and the centre-locking ring is bigger in diameter from memory.

Keep us all posted and I'll have a root around if your shiny new ones are wrong.

The wheels that are due to arrive are:

It appears to have the same disc fitting as this one that was on eBay a while ago:

It uses the same spider that I bought, so I guess it's the right one!

The other spider has only 5 star points so it only fits that specific mount,I think the multi-point spiders came later in an attempt to make them more transferable between hub models
[Im Guessing of course but it makes sense :?]

The multi-point spiders were actually the first type out. They then brought out the design with less points to save weight (the multi-point spiders will still fit though). The last design to come out was the BULB type which was unique to BULB hubs afaIk. Soon afterwards HOPE switched to the 6-bolt design that's the current IS.

Funnily enough HOPE's first disc brakes from the early 90s used a 6-bolt fitting (probably not compatible with IS though).
