Last week I returned my 2 years old Hope Vision 2 LED Epic light as the battery was only lasting 2 hours on the highest setting. I've had this for over two years and the warranty is for only one. They have replaced the battery for a new one and replaced the leads on the light unit. All done free of charge. Absolutley fantastic customer support and service. Thank you Hope Technology you are the best. 8)
 
Never had to return anything, but I have had plenty of e mail contact with them - often regarding 15 year old brakes! and there customer service is exemplary

Same good experience here.

Tech support on obsolete brakes.
Free replacement pivot washer for 15 year old skewer.

It's the little details they do so well - which mean I always go back there for new stuff.
 
years ago a mate sent a lever off for new seals and it came back with a whole new body . nice to know they are still as good now .

I have called and emailed a number of times and always get great customer service.


In fact these days, I tend to buy Hope in preferance to others because they are British, great customer service,and If we still want to get service in 20 years time,we have to support them today.

My recent headset choice was a hard one.King or Hope.In teh end it was actually easy.the choice of a gold coloured headset for my karakoram will also be Hope................. :)
