Hope pro lever or spares / pivot bolt

I'm trying to resurrect my Hope Pro / C2 brakes.

They got robbed for spares some years ago, I am missing a pivot bolt for the lever, and also the reservoir cap is damaged - this is the bit with Hope machined on it in the photo below.

Alternatively I am happy to buy an entire master cylinder, not fussed if it works or not as only need the two parts listed above.
